Services
As a Mindfulness coach I helps individuals and groups cultivate mindfulness practices to enhance their mental, emotional, and physical well-being. I guide clients through various techniques such as meditation, deep breathing, body scans, yoga and mindful awareness exercises. Additionally, I offer support, accountability, and personalized strategies to integrate mindfulness into daily life. Helping reduce stress, manage emotions, improve focus, and foster greater self-awareness and resilience. I often one-on-one with clients or lead group sessions, workshops, and retreats.
Community Service
As we embark on our upcoming outdoor activities, we are reaching out to our community for support.
